The place was fairly clean, our room was well-equipped. The staff were affable and accommodating and knew how to help. The location of the hotel was convenient, in everything they can. Further, it was so close to Lothian buses, great restaurants, and transport links. Enjoyed our stay.

We didn't have time, but we would happily go back again. Overall it was a good stay on a business trip. Beautifully decorated rooms with a lovely garden view, 2 double beds & a single and private bathroom, felt like home. The location was magnificent and handy, in a very quiet neighborhood which guarantees a great sleep!

Had really really nice stay on a business trip. The hotel's location was magnificent and wonderful, just next door to old town. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated with private bathroom, desk space for work plus extra blankets.
Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

This was a perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. I had well decorated and functional room with private bathroom. The location was quiet and handy in a lively area, really close to Edinburgh airport, the center, and Edinburgh city centre. Also, Royal Mile was 3 km away.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The location is peaceful and handy, 3 km from Co-op Food. It has nicely decorated rooms with 2 double beds, extra blankets, for example. The staff are accommodating and immensely pleasant, managed the parking nearby.

The bed was comfortable. We were able to visit royal commonwealth pool that was near the hotel. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Delhi Diner that was only 10 minutes' walk away❤
