The rooms turned out to be beautifully presented and excellent with Double Bed, quirky decor-welcoming owners-hearty breakfast plus Fantastic Breakfast. The location was marvellous and stunning, close enough to visit in a taxi, the garden was lovely. Also, a 51 - acre zoo was 4 km away from the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The staff is great, and the owner too. It has a stunning and absolutely perfect location to the lakes. Moreover, it is just off garden, Barrow-in-Furness, and the conservatory.

It was perfect place for travelling to Barrow-in-Furness, I was glad to stay there. The personnel was great and exceptional, and the owner too. The location of the hotel was great, to the lakes. Further, it was very close to all attractions, and lovely garden.

The hotel was wonderful old and perfect for us. The property's location was comfortable and lovely, adjacent to local pub as well as several restaurants. It also was close enough to visit in a taxi. We didn't want to say goodbye, couldn't recommend more.
