Very welcoming and pleasant stuff, marvellous breakfast with food and drinks. The service in the property was terrific. By the way, parking fee - gbp 10 per day.

The property is fairly clean; brand-new and functional rooms; extremely comfy bed. The location of the venue is marvellous, so close to Blackpool for the past 12 years, the bus stop and desert. Plus, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was excellent.

It was a homely and stunningly beautiful hotel for a trip to Blackpool. This property was set in a central area so close to Blackpool, a pub and local shops, bars and restaurants. Btw, it was at a short distance from Comedy Carpet. The twin room was updated, the bed was extremely comfy.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, you can visit Silcock's Fun Palace by walking.
