The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to all of central Edinburgh especially main train as well as the train station, and the view was particularly good. A cool bonus was Holy Cow, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
There was elevator missing.

The property was clean, featured excellent design, I greatly enjoyed it. The location was great and fantastic - so close to playhouse theatre, and a tram stop nearby. Cafe Holy Cow located 1 km away was a nice surprise. I visited lobby bar and tried hot drinks.
