Excellent place if you stay for one night. The deluxe king room is a decent size and has an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. The rate is £ 76, satisfied. It boasts a peaceful and decent location; close to Liverpool for the day on the train as well as the railway station going into Southport or towards Liverpool.

I found the hotel's location perfect, very close to bat's restaurants and independent shops. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a Southend pier.
