The staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice with advice and suggestions. The location was incredible and amazing, very close to a really nice pub and several eateries, close to cafes and the local cafes. Furthermore, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Seaham Lighthouse.

This is a fantastic little and really pretty hotel in a renovated building. The staff is exceptionally nice, efficient. The setting is great, just next door to bars and restaurants in seaham and the local cafes, restaurants, 'Tommy' and the amazing coastline, pretty comfortable area. The total stay was perfectly pleasant for a weekend. The double room was huge with wifi, so that guests had essentials. The location was incredible, for example, Seaham Lighthouse was not too far from the hotel. It was located in a calm area near the beach, a holiday base for me.
