Staff were amicable, atmosphere was family, it had lovely location near to the front garden, all the attractions, and town centre. The room was spotless and incredibly spacious for when central heating is off, had a good night's sleep. I loved that there were an electric kettle, a sofa bed, and central heating.

It is a lovely property located in North Shore district close enough to the Congress venue and the North Pier. The staff is friendly, makes sure that the place is reasonably clean. The standard twin room is lovely with central heating is off, beautiful decor, as example. The location is in a nice spot very close to the sea front.

Stayed here with my granddaughter and everything was great. The hotel was in a peaceful location, very close to the tram. What's more, it was just off the sea front, the Promenade and Dickson Road and Gyn Swuare roundabout.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a fantastic time. Got the same lovely and great family junior suite for when central heating is off booked online, really enjoyed that. A TV, tea and coffee, and a sofa bed were all available. Marvellous location for everything I needed. North Shore district was worth exploring. The airport was 10 km away.

the hotel was overall clean and the location was peaceful very close to the sea front. the family room i got was complete with central heating is off as well as beautiful decor. its decor was convenient. location: the venue was so close to the tower, the tram, and the beach and the tram stops. apart from that, promenade was 10 minutes away by driving.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded all expectations. Stayed here for 2 nights with my granddaughter, had a fine stay. I had a private bathroom. The location was marvellous - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.
