We appreciated the time here and would definitely book again. Came here for 1 night with our daughter, had a really great stay. The hotel's location was very central, right on the sea front. We saw landscaped gardens, that's at a moderate distance from the venue.
Some people working there were not polite.

The breakfast was gorgeous and for our needs. Appreciated the way our fairly quiet and absolutely fantastic suite with a great view was arranged. The staff there were exceptional and pleasant. The setting was incredible, right by all the attractions, the Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway at Walls Lane Water Leisure Park and shops pubs and the beach.

Great place to stay, it was fairly clean and homely! The staff were amazingly nice and exceptional in case of questions. The room was quiet and fabulous, the location was magnificent very central. Also, the distance to a historic fortress was just 1 km.
It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.
