The property was recently renovated with incredibly attentive and very very helpful staff from the cleaners to the managers, I loved the stay. The location was excellent in the nice quiet area. There was a good restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

The venue was in a central location short walk to a golf course and all the people who use the course drink in town and the sea front and a comfortable stroll into Skegness along the excellent beach. It also was to Skegness center. We spent 1 night in double room with bedrooms, a shower plus a fan.
