Perfect location with private parking right by Preston Beach, which was a really lovely beach, Brixham in one direction and Torquay in the other, and beautiful surroundings with a fantastic sea view.

Nice room with a fully equipped bathroom. Location next to which was a really lovely beach as well as the harbour and beach. Fantastic food in the restaurants such as Happy Gathering, located 5 min away.

Fantastic overall experience. Fantastic place to stay with tasty and amazing breakfasts. The most important - great and stunning location to Paignton town centre. And really close to the beach and other amenities, the beautiful gardens, and Brixham in one direction and Torquay in the other.

The affable staff truly made me feel welcome. The location was excellent and stunning, adjacent to beautiful surroundings with a fantastic sea view, Preston Beach and Torquay, Paignton. It also was to Paignton town centre.

Perfect and perfectly comfortable location, the breakfast was generous with marmalade. The room was well-equipped and immaculately clean, offered useful things, such as a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and glassware. Enjoyed the location also very close to the bus stops.
