Booked standard king room with an electric kettle, central heating, and TV. The setting was absolutely perfect and great, not far from train station, the beach and shopping centre.

The employees were friendly. The hotel's position was marvellous, right by beach, restaurant and bars, shopping centre, and the sea side. Besides, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away from the property.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location very close to the sea side and train station. It also was right next to shopping centre. An electric kettle, central heating, and TV were available in our standard queen room. And it was brand-new compared to other rooms in Brighton.

have spent here 1 night and our deluxe triple room was brand-new. the location was marvellous right next to shopping centre. besides, the property was 2 km away from a free-standing clock tower.
