Beautiful and absolutely great place all in all, has lovely staff despite the best efforts of staff. It offers brilliant, awesome location. There is cafe Once Upon a Time, set 200 metres walk away.
It has not ideal views and the bathroom is dirty.

Charming small and modern place to stay, magnificent views of the bay and the three bridges. Savoury breakfast, brilliant food, reasonably priced. Amazing location close to the restaurant which again had the perfect setting, the bridges, shops and the Ferry Fair Bookshop, and Orocco Pier with 12 people aged 17 to 80 with well-appointed and good modern rooms. Not too far from Queensferry Parish Church and other tourist attractions.

We ate in the really nice restaurant for a relaxing lunch which was reasonably priced. The bed was extremely comfy and the balcony had magnificent views of a wall rather than the sea or the town. The food was nice and the location was incredible. Also, it was not too far away from Maid of the Forth.
Facilities were stunning, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city without needing a vehicle. We were able to easily walk to popular attractions such as the Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute, and Millennium Park. The hotel was right on Michigan Avenue, across from Grant Park and Buckingham Fountain. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the bellman who held our bags and gave us great walking tips and directions.
