The hotel is first-rate and impeccably clean, nestled in a very pleasant building with panoramic view of the hills and the lake. It offers fully-equipped and well-kept rooms, and has hard-working staff from all staff members. The restaurant is enjoyable and the food is amazing.

I was offered a room with absolutely superb views of the lovely gardens. It had a big bed and included a well equipped bathroom a shower and a hair dryer.
Facilities were very nice modern, but Wi-Fi signal was not good.

A very good stay for this weekend. Reasonably clean place with gardens views and extremely helpful and caring staff. Lovely position in the forest across the road. And 10 mins walk to Lower Gardens. Wonderful and sensational English breakfast.

The staff is hard-working, the breakfast enjoyable, the location is efficient near the main restaurant overlooking the garden, the conservatory both for dinner and the surrounding woodlands. A nice touch is also the refreshing beverages in the main bar. The service is very good, includes good parking. The fact that it has a friendly check in, that worked great for us.
