The family room was brand-new and had an electric kettle and a TV. It included a great bed and a private bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect for me as it was near to Newquay and surrounding areas, and town centre. Went to The Mermaid Inn for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Appreciated every detail about my fantastic 2 nights stay here. The staff were all lovely and obliging, which was unquestionably a plus. The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to Watergate Bay meaning a short walk to Boardmasters festival. Furthermore, it was at a medium distance from Treloy Golf Club. I visited main bar and tried savoury drinks.

Everything was immaculately clean and fine. Because of a problem with the family room I was upgraded and had good value for money room with a good size bath. The staff was excellent and amicable, and requests were handled quickly. Had savoury drinks in the main bar in the evening.
