The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Lower Gardens. Moreover, the area was very friendly. The room was well-appointed: comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom. Plus it had a fantastic view of the sea.

Beautifully decorated place with kind employees who take pride in their smart guesthouse and their excellant service. Appetising yoghourt and fruit. Incredibly beautiful views, fantastic location just off a lovely Spanish restaurant, the hill and less than 2 miles from St Ives. Plus, really close to an art museum.

Every time in St Ives, I choose this place. The hotel provides an amazing breakfast with yoghurt and local fresh products and muesli. Its location is marvellous, very close to things to do around the area as well as St Ives from the B&B, local area. You will be about a 10-minute drive from Carbis Bay Beach.

Oystercatcher - is simply one love. The breakfast was superb and the room was very clean. Friendly host running the hotel. The bed was comfy and we loved our stay there. Furthermore, it had a parking on-site. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to The Gannet Inn Restaurant with nice drinks...
