The location of the hotel was great and brilliant, near the port. The staff were kind, informative and helped me with private parking. There were good bathroom and spacious room.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location of the hotel was pleasant and brilliant - just a short stroll away from Lower Gardens. It was set in a nice area. I liked a great restaurant with a homemade menu.

There was variety of food for breakfast, it was amazing. Everyone was amazing friendly as well as host. The setting was magnificent, so close to the beach, a beautiful garden and the town centre. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Mermaid Beach.

The stay was very good; nothing too much trouble. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were efficient and accommodating. By the way, parking fee - gbp 2 per day. The location was easy, within walking distance of Folkestone Harbour Arm. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with homemade dishes. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

spacious & fairly clean hotel, its location is brilliant and easy short walk to beach and this establishment and various restaurants. staff is efficient and you can park your car on-site. overall brilliant food, plus there is the radnor arms close by. overall pleasant stay on night of my stay.
Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Staff were so pleasant, so I really enjoyed my being there. Ideal location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station. Yummy and gorgeous meals. Welcoming customer care too.
Dirty bathroom, so hot room. The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

Perfect location very close to the leas bandstand. Btw, went to city centre, located not too far away from the hotel. We booked a family room, it was compact and pretty clean.
