Highly recommended for one night. The room was decent sized with the bathroom, comfortable bed, headphones, the staff were excellent, did everything. The location turned out to be incredible, next to transport and shops, pubs for food and the child size railway and the many types of birds, soft play and a play park for the children or grand children. Also, I truly enjoyed to be within 1 km of Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

The stay here was really really nice for one night. The amiable and excellent staff greeted us with a smile. The location was magnificent and particularly good, close to a bus stop. We also went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
The staff - some of them were not particularly welcoming.

Came here for 1 night with my wife, everything was perfect. I liked that it had good and excellent location to ferry terminal. The staff was very very helpful and excellent and I would stay here again.

Its location walk from a main street and a castle was magnificent and absolutely perfect. A greenery and a lake were walk from the hotel.
The room seemed somewhat small.

We got 1 night in this absolutely fabulous and nice hotel, liked it. In overall the room was good basic and decent sized and with comfortable bed. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to Boating Lake.

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Poole, had much fun. The breakfast had plenty of options and included coffee and tea. This hotel met expectation in every way, can just recommend.

We had a very nice stay thanks to hotel's friendly and excellent staff. Appreciated our guest room with a view. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were nice. It was in a lovely location close to a bus station. The place was close to Poole downtown.

The venue was in a central location so close to Poole Park which is well worth a visit for the child size railway, ferry port and the ferry terminal. It was good to be 1 km away from Kfc, serving short-orders. We had a fairly good bedroom.

Convenient location, early check-in. We were greeted by helpful owner. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Food was reasonably priced. You got attractive and competitive value for money.
