This was exactly the twin room I wanted in Edinburgh. The location was great and amazing, very close to city centre, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The room of this place was tidy with tv. The hotel's position was marvellous and perfect, not far from restaurants as well as the centre of Edinburgh.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was average, and the bed was dirty.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a really comfortable stay for two nights. The breakfast was free, had a great selection of food. The staff team was very pleasant, the rooms were good sized and equipped with hangars for clothes, large double bed, for instance.

Thanks for the good stay for two nights. The setting is decent, it's so close to shops, pubs and restaurants, and a very nice area close to the playhouse and nice restaurants. In fact, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Collective Gallery, one of the tourist spots.

Loved our time here. Our accommodation was set in a very central location very close to the playhouse, waverly railway station and the old town. One of the advantages - cosy and warm rooms; they included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and fresh towels.
