Fantastic central location near to short stroll to St Ives Town, shops and the beech. Had nice dainties at Cafe Modern One, located only a short distance to the hotel.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

The cafe was perfect for breakfast. The location turned out to be great, next to a vibrant beach over the boardwalk, a couple's getaway, and the windy hill.
