The bedroom was contemporary and nicely furnished. The breakfast was perfect with home made eggs benedict, good choice-good coffee and large portions and very welcoming staff. Fantastic central location near to short stroll to St Ives Town, shops and the beech. Had nice dainties at Cafe Modern One, located only a short distance to the hotel.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

Perfect and absolutely gorgeous hotel, I had a fantastic stay. The staff were lovely, as for 3-stars venue. The double room I stayed in was big and huge with balcony. The cafe was perfect for breakfast. The location turned out to be great, next to a vibrant beach over the boardwalk, a couple's getaway, and the windy hill. I spent 1 night and will choose the place for future trips.
