The staff were amicable, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was stunning, not far from bars within a short walk, the seafront and local eateries.
The bathroom was very small.

Exceptionally friendly, 4-star hotel with really helpful staff and very good wifi. Domestic area, very central location short walk to various restaurants and different bars as well as eating places and what's going on in the area. Besides, easy access to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Brilliant place for discovering Poole. Neat units with shared bathroom. Very helpful hotel employees all round. Good and stunning location relatively close to Twin Sails Bridge. Walking distance to a local store and shops across the street. Pubs and cafes inside the venue.

All in all, it was lovely place for travelling to Poole. Very central location was a plus. Tried some takeout specials at Harlees, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.

The location was stunning, for example, Poole Waterfront Museum was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were pleasant and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

Our suite was airy. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from Rnli Memorial Sculpture. Appreciated to hang out in the centre, it's not too far away from the hotel.
