It's great place to stay 2 km away from North Shore. The hotel has an unbeatable and handy location to Waverley train station. And it's nestled in a new building close to Calton Hill, shopping centre and the Royal Mile connects Holyrood Palace to an Edinburgh Castle.

Greatly enjoyed my 4 nights stay. It was a joy spending time in the huge room with balcony. The staff were cooperative the whole time. The location was perfect and excellent, for example, Bournemouth Beach was just a short walk away from the hotel.

The staff was amicable and amazingly nice, the accommodation was modern and fairly clean. The room was huge and clean and had private bathroom plus a dishwasher, coffee & tea making machines, and refrigerators. The location was particularly good and stunning for Edinburgh, just off an Edinburgh Castle, and the center of the city. There was Viva Mexico nearby to grab something to eat.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and did not want to leave there, 100% recommend to all. Everything was good and the view was astonishing. The location was handy and magnificent - ease of access to a combined museum. Also, the property was near a train station. My room was beautifully decorated with a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable & the staff was helpful.
