The staff was great & good. The room was clean and outstanding, with nice bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Our hotel was in a marvellous location close to everything.

The location was excellent as for me, next to centre of town off road parking, the beach and centre of town and Skegness. The room I stayed in was comfy with nice beds. The staff were affable and very amiable, a real pleasure to deal with.
