Appreciated this luxurious hotel with incredibly nice and accommodating staff especially the receptionists who have a lot to put up with because of the parking. The location was great and brilliant, to coast. Besides, the property was 3 km away from St Johns Market.

We would stay here again to have once again a really lovely weekend. Great and fab setting, it's next to the harbour and the centre of Whitby, and restaurant. Plus, the hotel is 5 km from a football stadium.

The location was marvellous and lovely for exploring this busy area, right by the seafront, the west cliff and the beach and the bay. Tried some takeout specials at Ocean Shellfish, luckily it was not too far from the venue. I had a newly remodelled standard twin room with an excellent view to town.
