It's clean, wonderful hotel and the staff is pleasant and exceptional. The room is huge and good sized as where the buffet breakfast was, everything is brand-new. It offers superb services. The location of the property in Scarborough is marvellous, just off Peasholm Park, the beach and peasholme park, and restaurant.

The location was magnificent, not too far away from a landscaped park. Set near a park and a hill, it was a plus. Last time we stopped we had a huge, great-sized room as where the buffet breakfast was. The breakfast was extensive, with a wide array of different options.

had a fantastic time. perfect location, comfortable bed, hearty breakfast. room was good value. so close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. enjoyed bella rose cafe, it was a short walk to the hotel and offered nice treats.
