It was based in nice building in a great and brilliant location, to Sandbanks beautiful beach. The staff were kind and a good breakfast was provided.

We had the standard room which was neat and practical with a balcony. The breakfast with bacon and a stunning view, for instance was good, you'll find what you need.
We didn't have lift, were a little disappointed.

The restaurant was magnificent with pleasant & efficient staff, we ordered amazing dishes. It boasted glorious views of marina. Marvellous and gorgeous location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.
Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

All in all, it was incredible base for travelling to Poole. The room was practical and beautifully maintained with a shower and a separate shower in the separate bathroom. The main bar was a plus.

Booked it for 5 days and had an excellent experience. Great service, even though a few employees were miserable. They gave us a standard king room with excellent view.
