The location was great, with restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel. It was a lovely area, a nice comfy base for me. I enjoyed the double room which was new-fashioned. An electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk were great.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. A nice size and well decorated units with the bathroom and very comfortably bed, and the staff were very very helpful. The food was fab, had plenty of options. You guys made our stay real good.

Stayed in good sized and budget twin room with a huge private bathroom. The most important was the staff - outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind people. The location was absolutely perfect because it was close enough to restaurants, shops, cafe's and pubs and the front and train station.

I had great food for breakfast with the right enough amount of options. The location was perfect, relatively near an award-winning oceanarium. It was located in a great area short walk to sea front and pier, buses to town or surrounding villages and towns and the seafront, the centre and the tennis, a perfect base for me.

Everything was lovely, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. This accommodation had a central setting very close to the sea. Found War Memorial Roundabout, it's at a walking distance from the hotel. I spent 2 nights and would return here.

No complains at all, we would be happy to recommend staying here. Everything is good here, had a very good stay for a comfortable vacation. The units are great-sized with very comfortably bed. The staff is very helpful and outstandingly accommodating, and the owner too.

All in all everything was great, had a such great stay for a comfortable vacation. It had central location close to an Eastbourne pier. Liked the area, it was lovely and adjacent to shopping centre, restaurants, shops and the seaside and the seafront.

The staff was pleasant and amazingly kind, always on hand when needed. The location of the hotel was incredible - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a unique monument.
TBH, the room was a little cramped, we expected better.

We didn't have time, but we would return there. Our wife and we enjoyed being there. Location: the hotel was right by sea and Eastbourne, shops, and the town centre main bus stops. Pizzeria Papa John's Pizza was 500 metres away from the place.
