It was reasonably clean, the staff was extremely friendly, plus the service was friendly. The location was unbeatable and amazing for Llandudno, near to the beach and pier, the shops and the pier and great orme tram. We stopped by Fountains Cafe Bar for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from sea front, the Orme and promenade and bars and restaurants. And it was just a short stroll away from Mostyn Street.

Truly enjoyed our 6 nights here. The hotel was situated in the central location very close to the tram for the Great Orm. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from North Shore Beach.

Had really really nice 1 night here. The personnel was efficient and attentive. The room was compact and perfect, had private bathroom. Overall the service was friendly. The venue was set in the central position very close to the pier, the Prom, and a maze. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. Meals were fabulous, and there was The Cottage Loaf near the hotel.
