lots of goodies for breakfast. beautiful room with the balcony, great views, an amazing view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. marvellous location, not too far away from smeatons pier. 10 min walk from the bus stop.

Appreciated our 2 nights here. Location: the hotel was so close to St Ives. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walk from The Island. No complaints, the venue met needs, 100% recommend it.
