I really enjoyed this good basic hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The bedroom was spotless and updated. All the employees were nice and courteous. The property had a central setting to be central to everything in blackpool on the promenade. Furthermore, it was a short way from a national gallery.

The staff was kind and good - I will choose it for sure next trip. Overall had very comfortable stay for two nights. The location was marvellous, close to the worst run establishment, the seafront between the central and south pier and tram stops & bus stops & great value for money and easily accessible. I stayed in the room that was n't been cleaned or bed made and available with TV and painted over.
