The staff were affable and knowledgeable, took care of us during 3 days stay. The location was fab, next to Edinburgh's top sites, and had great views. Spent our evenings in nearby The Red Lion enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We got spacious apartment with views to the firth overlooking the rooftops as an upgrade, nice gesture. A dishwasher, coffee & tea makers and fridges were a big plus. Greatly enjoyed the location convenient to go out shopping area. It was only a short distance to Karen's Unicorn, where you can have lunch.

Everything was excellent, it had good wifi, no complaints whatsoever. The staff was amicable and knowledgeable, some of the best in Edinburgh. Its location walking distance to the Christmas market and a market was stunning and fantastic. We did not want to leave and would book here again.

Its location was good, to Waverley station. Went to Bramble Bar & Lounge for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. In overall the room was large and with bathrooms, views to the firth overlooking the rooftops plus extra space.

At sonder - royal garden we had a lovely stay. The kitchen was a big plus. The Dome, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed rooms and staff, this venue had everything we need;))

Beautiful building, AMAZING location. Hotel was placed really close to such tourist sites as edinburgh castle. 200 metres away there is the jam house, where you can dine.
