Homey place, very clean beds, very very helpful staff. Tastefully decorated and new-fashioned rooms. Had excellent an electric kettle, central heating, and television. The exceptional service combined with the excellent food. Quiet location in a nice and quiet area. Plus, 20 minutes drive from an 18th-century tower windmill.

The location was marvellous and ideal, next to waterfront, Central / South piers and the promenade. Moreover, Bispham Parish Church was within easy walking distance of the place. This was my enjoyable stay on a further visit.

I really enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were affable and accommodating. I had amazing and excellent breakfast. The rooms were recently renovated and decent sized, with shared bathroom. The location was unbeatable, at a short distance from Sandcastle Waterpark.
