This property was exceptionally clean and sophisticated. Our room was a nice size and the bathroom was lovely. Had central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea making machines. The service was exceptional and the food was very pleasant. We loved the clean pool.

The hotel is set in a lovely location next to Perranporth, and the Godolphin pub which proved an excellent steak & pint for about £15. It has reasonably priced rooms with central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea making machines.

Had a really lovely stay on a business trip. It was exceptional value, newly remodelled and large room. Garden view was wonderful. The staff were attentive, well experienced and helped me with free parking.
As for me, the area was extremely busy.

Worth it, exceptional value, had a very good stay on a business trip. Attentive staff, great views over Porth beach and headland, everything is nice. Plus, the location is perfect, minutes from Lusty Glaze Beach. It is nestled in a safe area not far from Newquay, and a taxi. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is great.
