Good-sized room with a larger television and a big comfy bed plus the bedroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. A comfortable interior. Magnificent setting, right by the sea front and Lord street as well as shops, restaurants, pubs and other attractions. Really had very special stay for my special Birthday weekend.

Overall it was nicely furnished and luxurious, with a functional bathroom. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. The property's location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close to the promenade.

The venue has perfect and excellent location so close to everything you can walk. And it's nestled in a really nice building really close to the shops, bars and restaurants and the Conference Centre.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a chill out stay for my special Birthday weekend. The location outside of his establishment was perfect. It was also close enough to restaurant, the front, the train station and shops as well as the shops, bars and restaurants one way.

Recommend it to friends, our entire stay was great. This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has modern rooms and serves marvellous breakfast. Everyone who works in the hotel is nice and useful. The food is excellent and fantastic.

The hotel had a central position really close to shops, bars and restaurants, and the centre of Southport. Popped in Oast House for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.
