Had very lovely stay of 4 nights and the weather was wonderful. Really enjoyed reasonably spacious bathroom and central heating, iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our queen room. Our breakfast was delicious and with sizeable portions; the staff was accommodating. The location was stunning and lovely, by how picturesque the property was so much attention to detail in all areas, and the bed extremely comfy.

Its location in Sidmouth was amazing, very close to the nearby villages Lyme Regis, Exeter, Exmouth and Seaton, and a private terrace / garden. The service was absolutely good.
