The staff was pleasant - we would stay there again. The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a lovely area, near to the sea front close to amusements and promenade, Heysham, and cafes. The rooms turned out to be updated and modern with beautiful bed, bedroom, as for instance. Everything was good, even so a few employees were very rude.
