I have stayed here before and it met expectations. Clean, superb value hotel, the location was marvellous and incredible just next door to the sea front and the promenade, central between Pleasure Beach and Tower. The staff was polite, I'm grateful for their help.

Overall had perfect 10/10 stay for 3 nights. The very attentive staff upgraded us to a spotless room with fresh bedding & towels. The location in a pretty quiet area was absolutely perfect and magnificent. We had outstanding meals in the hotel; visited Dog & Partridge based not far away.
