Overall had nice stay of suggestions to help get the best from one's stay. Comforts of standard double room with comfy bed were fabulous. It was spotless and had an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. The location close enough to walk to all the attractions was marvellous and unbeatable.

The location is marvellous and perfect and the staff is welcoming. Ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes. The breakfast is great and sensational with good quality ingredients and generous portions, as for instance, had everything you could imagine.

Stayed for 2 nights in this homely and lovely place, liked that. Booked a room with comfy bed. The breakfast was great and sensational for vegetarian, the best we had in Blackpool. The staff were very friendly and affable and the location was perfect to the cliffs looking over the sea. Moreover, it was really close to bus and tram stops, and tram or bus.

The hotel is perfectly clean, with lovely personal, and offers perfect location just off the cliffs looking over the sea, bus stops and tram stops at the end of the road, and tram stop. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is good.

The experience was really nice, would stay here again. The hotel was lovely and the staff was very very nice, it had unbeatable location close enough to walk to all the attractions. We were upgraded to a spotless and airy room with comfy bed. The property took care of the good service.
