The twin room was tastefully decorated, it included an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. Really enjoyed a bath in my en suite bathroom. The setting was quiet, next to Caraneal, somewhere to stay after landing from touring in France and the seafront and the Hoe.

Tidy, excellent value hotel, the location was convenient very close to city centre, restaurants along the Hoe and the sea front and a short walk along the front to all the restaurants. The best thing was how extremely helpful and efficient the staff were. The food provided for breakfast was good.

The place was fairly clean with a superbly friendly staff. The location was great and unbeatable, not too far away from Lower Gardens. It was located in a very quiet area next to the port area, Hoe and seafront, and somewhere to stay after landing from touring in France.

Really enjoyed Plymouth, the hotel was quiet close to sea. I was upgraded to spotless king room in a spare bedroom. The property was near harbor area and the sound, the city centre, Hoe and the old town and park thanks to its great and perfect location.
