Would recommend it to anyone, our entire stay was really lovely. It is an absolutely fabulous property located in North Shore district next to tram stops, the town centre, and the tower, tram and bus. The staff are amicable, managed the parking nearby. The place has perfect and comfortable location in everything asked of them.

We would recommend it. All in all everything was very good, had a really lovely stay for long weekend. The location was perfect and comfortable, right by communal areas and the tram stop, promenade and beach. Cafe Rose's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I recommend this venue. The room is a nice size and compact with toiletries. The restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is sensational with tea or coffee and Jam. The hotel provides a good service. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too.

We have booked superior queen room with excellent breakfast, very comfortable beds and toiletries for 2 nights. Its location not very far from St Mark's Church was unbeatable and best possible. The hotel was set at the end of the road, what meant no noise.
