Particularly good location for everything I needed and close enough to The Towner gallery as well as the pier. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Mary's Shell. Outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly staff, compact king room.

The hotel was pleasant and clean with amazingly nice staff members. We had the twin room provided with the tea, coffee and a full sized bath. We stayed 1 night and loved the perfect and magnificent location.
We didn't like that there was assistance missing.

The hotel is modest, good value, has marvellous and peaceful location just next door to local shops, restaurants and the seafront and the sea front and nice restaurants in the next street. This low cost hotel is equal to 3 stars. The employees are extremely friendly and amicable. The room is good priced. The location is very central, next to the shops and beach front. Visit Favo'loso for some desserts, especially when it's hot outside, my personal advice. I totally recommend and would come here again.

I liked staying in this modest low budget hotel. Compact and well-equipped units with an unsure system, kettle, double bed, and the staff were extremely friendly. There was nice interior. The location for Eastbourne was magnificent, right by the Winter Garden Theatre, and Theatres and seafront. I was surprised at nearby Dq Terrace Bar & Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. I spent a very lovely time here, can recommend to anyone.
