Everything was perfect, including generous and incredible breakfasts with a very delicious yogurt, fresh orange juice, the scrambled eggs. My room was good-sized and well-designed for table tennis, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The location in beautiful gardens amid peaceful grounds was beautiful.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The beds were extremely comfy and the view over the garden was glorious. The location was fantastic, the room was new-fashioned and functional. There was Kanton Chinese Takeaway nearby to grab something to eat.

Booked the hotel for its excellent and gorgeous location near to the cliff top paved promenade, the cliffs and Cromer town centre and beach / town center. Besides, it was at a moderate distance from a Cromer lighthouse.
