The location was perfect and nice, so close to restaurant, city centre by bus, and cafes in the area, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Sometimes I visited Happy Gathering in the area.

Really enjoyed this place, it was lovely welcoming and quirky. My standard double room had a storage space, coffee, and a bedside lamp. The location was nice, short walk to the centre of Belfast and Belfast zoo and castle, and the view was wonderful. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Modern Two, they had some goodies, drinks.
