The room we got was lovely modern with a view plus balcony, everything was really good. That hotel was in a fantastic and fab location, within walking distance of all of the main attractions. Also, Afternoon tea was only 1 km away.

We enjoyed this stay. Spent 1 night here with our daughter, had a really really nice stay overall. The rooms where airy and new-fashioned with exceptional views of the sea. There was a comfortable bed and an absolutely clean bathroom. The provided service was great.

All in all particularly good setting very close to the town center of Hastings and the seafront and the seafront close to the centre shops. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Miller and Carter, located 5 min away.

The location was magnificent - short walk to the seafront, where parking is restricted to 4 hours between 11 am 6 pm, the sea which was great for a city lass like myself, and all shops and restaurants/pubs. The staff there were amicable and excellent. I had a very very good breakfast with bacon and juice, for instance.

The room was freshly decorated and reasonably large and had exceptional views of the sea.
