We have stayed here for 2 days and will be back, it is luxurious and reasonably clean hotel with handy and incredibly comfortable location to nearby central pier. The personnel were very friendly and amicable and gave us loads of advice. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good. Our stay was a perfectly pleasant experience.
The hotel staff was chatty.

I found the hotel's location peaceful and handy, next to Blackpool, the prom/shops and Winter Gardens. Also, I was just a pleasant stroll away from landscaped gardens. Liked their food, it was excellent with a good choice of meals. I've had a brilliant stay for a wedding I attended.

Everything was brand-new from the staff to the room, very comfy bed and huge room. Good breakfast, especially tea and fruit, the staff was nice. The location of the hotel was very central, right by nearby central pier as well as Tea/Coffee facilities. Spent a nice evening at Magna Hungaria, located a walking distance from the venue.

The location was very central, very close to the town centre and the seafront and the promenade and attractions, The Tower, Coral Island.
