There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee/tea making equipment, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a dining area inside the room. The river view was pleasant. This accommodation had a secluded setting in a beautiful garden overlooking Brading Marsh.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything was wonderful, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. Our room was bright and lovely and provided with the garden. Tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerators, and a toaster were an advantage.
