This hotel was set in a very central area so close to the sea front and all the lovely attractions including the Tower and Ballroom, the Winter gardens, town/shops and seaside, and the centre of the sea front. Amicable staff was available all the time.
We didn't have elevator, were a little disappointed.

The bathroom was clean and included a bathtub, which I enjoyed. The hotel was in a very central setting near winter Gardens Tower beach loads of pubs. And it was relatively near Rustom Restaurant, ate there couple of times.
