We loved the comforts of this trendy boutique hotel. The staff were amicable and check-in was easy. The bedroom was brand-new and perfect little. The bed was incredible and worked perfectly. Had central location very close to the sea front which was great.

The bedroom was huge and trendy. There was a good. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Canoe Lake Park. It was located in a lively area short walk to all the attractions, the neighbouring restaurant and the seaside, an excellent base for me.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this clean small hotel. Exceptionally clean units with beautiful decor and coffee plus goodies, and the staff were very attentive. The location was brilliant and excellent, close enough to the Lanes, North Laine, Pavilion, Pier and both the sea and the centre of Brighton. Regency district was worth exploring.

The room was modern and compact, it felt like at home. The breakfast was great with smoked salmon etc-more than anyone could possibly want and good coffee, for instance, worth the price. The location was marvellous as for me, just next door to the large Indian supermarket, shopping area, and Close to both the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive all that time.
