Hotel turned out to be spotless and the breakfast option was good. We truly enjoyed very well decorated room with fairly clean bathroom. The venue had absolutely perfect and excellent location so close to the South Pier and Pleasure Beach and tram stop. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Beachcomber Steakhouse that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The downstairs bar was amazing! Nothing to complain about, had a really lovely stay for our third visit xxx.
