We think it's a cosy base for staying in Lowestoft. The hotel serves lovely food. It has fantastic and marvellous location, short walk to the most lovely sanctuary of a garden, garden and centr.

Everything was first-class and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. There were very clean beds and an electric kettle, a fridge, and central heating inside the room. Had satisfactory continental breakfasts with fruit, which was much appreciated plus really tasty. The location turned out to be quiet and handy, not far from a lovely garden too and Great Yarmouth.
