The staff was active and thoughtful, the breakfast offered was very good with variety of food. Had stocked, newly renovated room that was kept clean. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a huge plus. This hotel was set in a central area not far from a main road with plenty of shops / restaurants nearby.
Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

Possibly the best and such great stay on this visit. Extremely friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Nice quiet area, central location next to theatre, shops and eating places, a Hungry Horse pub & the Victoria which also does meals, public areas, and the beach. Besides, easy to get to Southport Marina, only 5 minutes walk.

Location: the hotel was near a main road with plenty of shops / restaurants nearby, all the attraction and lord street and a Hungry Horse pub. We could drink something at Hungry Horse, located 1 km away. The breakfast was savoury with beverages and options for veggies, as example, the staff was caring and thoughtful.
